This proposal is for the 2010/2011 NYSCA regrant from free103point9, which will allow me to project the video “Wastewater Runoff Pipe” in site-specific public outdoor locations throughout the Catskill Region of New York and beyond.

Here is a complete low resolution looping version showing 3 seamless repeats. When projected as an installation, the video will have one hour of seamless repeats, which will then also loop indefinitely.
Here is a schematic image depicting one possible proposed installation set up in Woodstock, NY. Other outdoor street and sidewalk locations would require the use of a portable stand for the DLP projector, portable video player, as well as portable battery with inverter for a power source.
